Support Us

We have been planning, developing, coordinating and delivering critical services to older adults, adults 18+ with disabilities and long term care needs, and many special populations including residents in long term care facilities and survivors of late life domestic violence and elder abuse since 1974. We annually serve more than 93,000 people, including answering more than 40,000 phone calls on our 24-Hour Senior HELP LINE.

We also assist older workers with job training and placement. The Area Agency on Aging partners with more than 40 public and private agencies and collaborates with many professional organizations to meet the challenges of our diverse population.

Volunteers Make it Work

We rely on community volunteers to deliver many services to those in our community who need extra help, an advocate or some companionship. We work closely with AmeriCorps Members, Senior Companions and community volunteers with all types of experience. We provide expert training, our clients benefit from your caring and commitment and you have the satisfaction of knowing you have truly made a difference.
