The Area Agency on Aging, Region One provides a variety of Home & Community Based Services. We realize that sometimes it is difficult for many people to leave their homes and many of our programs are designed to come directly to the household and provide necessary services.

Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Area Agency on Aging, Region One, must make a reasonable accomodation to allow a person with a disability to take part in a program, service or activity. For example, this means if necessary, the Area Agency on Aging must provide sign language interpreters for people who are deaf, a wheelchair accessible location, or enlarged print materials.
