Alzheimer's Walk of Friendship Program

Provides services to clients diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease or related dementias, and their respective caregivers, targeting minorities, rural and other underserved populations in Maricopa County.  Services are provided in collaboration with the Alzheimer's Association Desert Southwest Chapter (AADSWC).
